Product notes

Ground coriander is made from coriander seeds that have been carefully dried and then finely ground. Highly prized in cuisines around the world, it is characterised by its delicate, slightly lemony aroma, with sweet, warm and subtly spicy notes.

Its well-balanced flavour complements meat, fish, vegetables and pulses just as well as it does sauces and marinades. An essential ingredient in many spice blends, it is used in particular in curries, tagines and various Middle Eastern and Asian dishes.

Ground coriander is easy to use in cooking to flavour slow-cooked dishes, soups, stews and rice-based dishes. It adds a refined aromatic touch without overpowering the other flavours.

Serving suggestion: add it at the start or during cooking so that it fully releases its aromas and delicately flavours your dishes.
