Product notes

Ground ginger is made from ginger rhizomes that have been carefully dried and then finely ground. Renowned for its intense aroma and warming flavour, it offers notes that are lemony, slightly peppery and subtly spicy.

Highly prized in cuisines around the world, it is used in both savoury and sweet dishes. It delicately enhances the flavour of meat, fish, vegetables, marinades, sauces, curries and exotic dishes. In baking, it adds a wonderful flavour to biscuits, gingerbread, cakes, compotes and desserts.
