Product notes

Hot paprika is a spice made from carefully selected red chillies, which are dried and then finely ground. It is characterised by its intense red colour and its flavour, which is rich, fruity and spicy, imparting a pleasant warmth on the palate.

Highly prized in Mediterranean, Hungarian, Spanish and Middle Eastern cuisines, hot paprika adds flavour and a kick to a wide range of dishes. It pairs perfectly with meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, sauces, soups, marinades and stews.
